| Description: | GDLA is proud to announce that immediately prior to the 15th Annual Judicial Reception on February 1, 2018, it will be hosting the first in a series of CLEs focused on cross-examining plaintiff’s expert witnesses. The first installment will address cross-examination of a spinal surgeon regarding orthopedic injuries claimed. A panel of experienced defense attorneys will discuss what pre-deposition discovery can and should be done and video of actual cross-examinations will be presented and dissected. Panelists include:
