| Description: | The GDLA Education Committee and Platinum Sponsor Miles Mediation & Arbitration Services present Mediation 360° live at State Bar Headquarters in Atlanta and via simulcast to the Savannah and Tifton Bar offices on September 16 (see agenda below). This CLE that will explore all sides of an actual recent mediation at Miles Mediation. You will learn strategies employed by attorneys on both sides and the mediator to bring the case to a successful conclusion. Participants in the mediation portion will be:
This seminar is suitable for attorneys of all experience levels. Whether you are gearing up for your first or fiftieth mediation, you will gain valuable insights from every angle. AGENDA: 9:30 - 10:00 a.m.– Registration & Bagel Breakfast 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. – Mediation Panel 12:00 - 12:30 p.m. – Break & Joey D’s Buffet Lunch 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. – Professionalism at Mediation REGISTRATION FEE includes bagel breakfast, hot lunch from Joey D’s in Atlanta (lunch and breakfast will also be provided in Savannah and Tifton), course materials and CLE credits.
